The Village at Papillion constantly has the police visiting. Many of the residents are jail birds, drug abusers, theives, and alcoholics. Management seems to turn a blind eye to all that happens. The place is barely kept-up. There is trash all over the grounds. I advise anyone considering moving there to look elsewhere.
