I like it here but when I first moved, I was not sure. I had several maintenance issues. The past maintenance guy didn't know anything and most of the time, wouldn't come over to fix anything. Now that we have a new manager and a new maintenance man, things are getting done. Even though the sign says that they do not work on Sat and Sun, I see them out here on the weekends pulling weeds, picking up trash, getting units ready to be moved into and the maintenance man actually came to my house and fixed my toilet on a Sunday. It really wasn't anything to serious and could have waited. I'm impressed! It is not very often that you get someone who will work on the weekends!
