I have lived here for a few years and will say that at one time the management/maintenance were extremely poor. Recent personnel changes have dramatically improved these problems. Non-emergency maintenance requests are answered within days and the maintenance guy does a quality job. The Property Manager is very nice, though by the book, and is helping to improve the grounds. Trash has been an issue in the past and she is really cracking down, which is great.

Some buildings are better than others it depends on which one you are in. Building 2 and 5 have had cockroach problems. Management has done everything they can to eradicate the problem. I do not know of any of the buildings having problems with mice.
Structurally I don't think the builders did that great of a job because the front doors have problems with the bottom of them coming off which allows cold air/rain/ants to creep in. Some windows also don't seem to be straight in their casings and the bathroom/kitchen sinks seems to have cheap fixtures and are prone to leaking. If you live on the bottom floor you are also susceptible for water seepage along the baseboards, depending on the building you live in.

On the positive side the main bathroom is huge (like bedroom size big), the units are clean upon move in (more so than you would expect), bright, with nice sized rooms and storage closets. I love the private entrance with a patio and parking is never a problem. The clubhouse is really nice also and it is great to hold functions there at no charge (as long as you clean up after yourself).

All in all, it is a great place to live.
