I've been a resident here since July 10, 2007. When we first moved in the apartment manager was excellent went out of her way to help heck we knew no one and her boyfriend helped me unload. the maintinience was less to be desired. they did hire a new maintinience man the service in that area became supherb. But the manager was hateful, rude, arrogant, selfishn, and all she seen was $. This reflected on us as tenants we bore the brunt of her anger towards what ever demon she was fighting. If you called to say you had an issue no matter it be major or minor she became vindictive and found anything she could to do you harm. D & K support her whole heartedly and back her 100% so if I were you I'd Steer clear Since she took over she has manipulated the best maintinience man we have had and got him fired. Now the company has 3-5 lawsuits pending against them for various reason 2 from slip and falls on the ice on the side walks which are no longer maintained and the ice gather nightly. Her boyfriend the interim mantience man sits in the office all day and does no work including maintaning the side walks per his job. If you have any means to rent somewher else please do so You will regret Renting on these premises.
Truely Horribly Experience, Biggest of my Life and I'm 33 Yrs old and rented most my life this is not right how they treat you as $ instead of people.

How bizarre! It sounds to me like you are the one with a grudge! What's the problem? Behind in your rent? Breaking the rules? Not taking care of your apartment?
The original management team they had were awful--very unprofessional. What's worse is that they were rarely in the office (even during the few hours they posted they were open). They deserved to be fired.
Since the new team took over there has been an unbelievable difference. Problems are addressed as soon as possible. It is unfortunate that the new maintenence man was let go, but I'm sure there was a good reason. And as far as the lawsuits --- they are against the contractor who threw our buildings together not the present management team.
I've lived here almost two years. I love it here.

I agree with the last commentor. It sounds like you have a grudge. I have lived here for three years and this Property Manager is the best one we have had. She is by the book as she should be. Rent is due on the FOM, if you don't pay it there are consequences (late fees, possible eviction etc.) That isn't her being "vindictive", that is her following the rules and guidelines of her job. As for maintenance issues, the current maintenance guy is very fast and thorough; the last one was a joke. I have had multiple requests for service for different things, and some were very minor. The property manager has never been nasty or vindictive about any of them. Maybe it's because I am a responsible tenet who pays my rent on time, keeps my space clean and doesn't disturb my neighbors.
