Arbors

I lived in the Arbors for a year with two friends and we never had very many problems, when we first moved in the refrigerator didn't work and it was replaced with a working one two days later. When the dishwasher broke (it was an older model) it was replaced with a new one the next day. The grounds were reasonably clean. The laundry facilities leasve something to be desired and are cramped. My only complaint there is that you don't want to leave your clothes alone for a second. Beware of the speed bumps they are constantly being redone and each time they are higher than the last, I think they may have caused damage to my car. The staff was very friendly and the maintenance responded promptly or let you know why and when they would be there. New owners had started updates in May that included new washers and dryers on the property as well as new more secure doors. Overall a nice place to live. Parking was sometimes hard to find and they are very strict with their rules, they will tow cars that do not have parking stickers after 10pm.
