Dakota Pointe was a clean and well maintained property. We used this location as a corporate apartment and found it to be ideally located close to food shopping, highway access, the airport and a quiet residential neighborhood. The complex was quiet throughout the day and the management was helpful and thoughtful. IBP was only an occasional issue when the winds could carry odors of the processing plant toward the community, but heat and A/C did an exceptional job of removing any odor. Indoors this was not even a consideration.
