I have lived here for 1 year. The manager Cindy is the best around. She will go out of her way to help in anyway possible if your up front and honest. Denny the maintenance man is very good, and is prompt and friendly. Everything here is kept very clean, I hear the vacuums in the halls everyday, and it smells clean as soon as you come in to the building. No trash here. Very meticulous with cleanliness. I was a home owner for 20 years, and moved here and felt like I was at home. I have a balcony for gardening, good air flow through the apartment in fair weather. I don't turn my heat on till Dec. because it stays so cozy warm in here. I have no plans to move cause I am not looking, I've found the best apartment in town ! Check it out !
