In my full honest opinion, Dakota Pointe is the best apartment that I've lived in my time renting. When I moved in, they offered to give me fresh, clean carpets that were replaced before I moved in, the floorboards, kitchen, bathroom, laundry....EVERYTHING was very clean when I moved in. And even daily maintenance, the gal that cleans everyday is very nice and does a wonderful job maintaining the hallways and entryway. I loved the secured entrances and maintenance was always very friendly and prompt. Cindy NEVER gave me any problems and was always great to talk to. If my job in Sioux City wasn't so crappy, I wouldn't have left Dakota Pointe....I was extremely satisfied. I never really used the pool, but when I did, I noticed it was really small and not very deep, however they always kept it clean. Parking with the snow could be a pain, but afterall it is Nebraska, so you can't complain too much. And you CAN'T BEAT the fact that they pay for heat....where else can you crank the heat to 85 on a winter's day and NOT pay for it!'!'!' Definitely a great choice.
