Run away screaming!

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000
 
The manager of Dakota Pointe will lie to you with a smile on her face. The reason she is smiling is that she enjoys lying and is really good at it.

Add to this the daily dose of hydrogen sulfide from the IBP plant's sewage treatment facility 1 mile south. Nothing like the smell of rotten eggs to make you want to puke!
