We have lives here for 2 years and don't have many complaints. There is a lot, and I mean a lot of room for the kids to play outside. There is a swingset for them. Set back off the road so it is very quite and no fear of children playing near rte 9. They really need to be updated but for $645 a month w/ hot water included what can you expect now a days. A LOT OF ISSUES WITH GETTING THINGS FIXED!!!!!!!!!!!! You have to go directly to the management company and not the manager. We have lived here two years and my toilet is still semi broken, my chain locks are not securely attached (from day one), my closet door doesn't open and close properly, massive leaking from our shower down to the people below, it took 4 times to get it fixed, rotting in the shower tiles (took half ass approach to fixing and just put a smooth shower insert over the tiles and window!) but still has not finished painting the bathroom, still have plywood showing on top half of shower!!! it has been 8 months
...... the noise isn't bad until we had really sucky neighbors move in downstairs!!!! other than that all the other neighbors are nice. One washer and dryer per building and if they break, we don't get new ones. Only reason looking for new place is we have an 8month old and a 3 year old and it is getting cramped! Before the baby, it was great, space wise.
