We had nothing but problems- E-Coli in the water, mold, flooding, rodents, the doors didn't seal, faucets leaked, no maintenance outside (sanding etc). Expensive and not worth the money.

We rented an apartment here in late spring. By Christmas we were out.

In December we got a notice from the State telling us not to drink the water- E-Coli bacteria was found in the water. Not a new problem. A google search revealed this is a continuing problem- starting in the late 90s.

AFTER all the statewide flooding the basement developed a crack and turned into an indoor pool. The water was pouring into the basement- and it ruined almost everyone's things in the storage units. The landlords did NOTHING. A neighbor purchased a wet-vac and we cleaned it up. But that didn't stop black colored mold from growing over everything. A call to DES let us know that they didn't have to take care of the mold until it caused walls to collapse. The mold spred through the whole building and we fought to keep it out of the toilet, tub, walls and windows.

We found mice drowned in the toilets, had issues with ants, and there were holes in the closets (presumibly from the mice).

The landlords did NO maintenance on the land or the buildings. We picked up broken glass all around the outside, and ended up doing the sanding and shoveling ourselves. The sliders were not properly sealed and you could clearly see outside.
