Good price for location and heat is included. Well water. Landlords are great. Very friendly and respectful. Respond promptly to any requests. Often plow multiple times during a snowstorm and sand often. Landscaping done in warmer seasons. Have had a few problems, but always taken care of right away. Close to shopping plaza and UNH.
