Moving OUT ASAP ! - At first glance the apartments are on OK to good shape. Large and bright, but later as we have lived here Oders from the carpets and, many problems with a neighbor, as well as mail missing from the street side mail boxes, securiy is a joke. Ellison Farms Good price for location and heat is included. Well water. Landlords are great. Very friendly and respectful. Respond promptly to any requests. Often plow multiple times during a snowstorm and sand often. Landscaping done in warmer seasons. Have had a few problems, but always taken

out of the city! generally quiet. It's in a nice area, generally quiet,up on the 3rd floor, we can hear sometimes the tv downstairs /talking in the bedrooms but its not that bad for the $ nearby park nearby library, not much places to take the stroller and walk.but like 6 acres

Slum. E-COLI We had nothing but problems- E-Coli in the water, mold, flooding, rodents, the doors didn't seal, faucets leaked, no maintenance outside (sanding etc). Expensive and not worth the money.
