Slum. E-COLI We had nothing but problems- E-Coli in the water, mold, flooding, rodents, the doors didn't seal, faucets leaked, no maintenance outside (sanding etc). Expensive and not worth the money.

Great for the Money We have lives here for 2 years and don´t have many complaints. There is a lot, and I mean a lot of room for the kids to play outside. There is a swingset for them. Set back off the road so it is very quite and no fear of children playing near rte 9. They really need to
