Heed the warnings...ya might want to look else where

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
When I first moved to Waterford Green the grounds were clean, the maintenance crew were friendly and the mangement were very friendly and waived alot of fees(pet fee for 1 cat, carport, use of clubhouse, they even offered a $1,000 referral fee). That all changed with the new mangament company. I should have figured something was up when the staff begin to leave. Anyway I degress..
If you're planning on staying for a year or less..then your rolling the dice. If you're looking for a place to stay longer...you'd be wise to look elsewhere.
