Disappointment

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
I lived in the Republican stronghold of Bedford for almost three years. When the new management took over at the end of 2003, they quickly made two changes. They carefully selected which tenants to present a monthly water bill to. As soon as your lease expired, your monthly rent increased by as much as 15%. It just wasn't worth the extra money. In the winter, the gas bill was out of this world.
The service tenants received from management was so-so, and nothing to talk about. All in all, a disappointing and expensive experience. The only positive aspect was that each apartment had its own washer and dryer, thus avoiding selfish people who "hogged" the laundry all night.
