Hampshire Green realies on a couple of things to lure you in to rent from them. 1 it's in Bedford, NH. Everyone knows that Bedford is a nice,kinda ritzy,area to stay in. So saying you live in Bedford comes with status. 2 they keep the grounds in somewhat good shape. 3 They have a clubhouse with an indoor pool.
All that sounds good until you've been there to discover the Real Hampshire Green. The one where it seems as if everyone has a pet, which in itself isn't bad until you come out to your car and there's urine all over tires and poop on the ground. Or you get stuck in the elevator. Or maybe when your AC/heater doesn't work. And the airplanes..well they'll change their flight pattern after about a week. Winters are fun when you leave the building's front door to enter the ice rink to get to your car. Oh yeah I had to find out from one of the cable guys that someone had been killed in my building(he didn't know what apartment). OH and by the way..the mangement will screw you any way they can.
With all of the good reviews I have read on here, it wouldn't suprise me if management wasn't writing them, themselves.
Do yourself a favor and go down the road to a more respectable place.

Too right they screw you out of money! Beware of the oldest scam in the book when you move out.They hit you up for a cleaning fee - claiming you left a "dirty" apartment.
