Hampshire Green formerly Waterford Green
< | >
We have lived in this apartment since March 2007 and it has been a total nightmare. The people are unfriendly, the hallways smell like old Chinese food, and while this is a "pet friendly" complex, the dog-walking areas are icy in the winter, wet in the spring, and rarely have bags to pick up the dog feces. The apartments are not well insulated; there is a constant draft and serious icicles hanging from the roof. There is no recycling- so if you're looking for a "green" facility you should definitely keep looking. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

This is the worst review ever. you live in New Hampshire. Of course its icy in the winter... its grass. In the spring the ice melts, it becomes muddy. Should your leasing agents pull the sun a little closer? Recycling would be a nice addition (but again you could go the town recycling center). I have a pet I have never not had bags (again the bags are a nice thing the complex does, not an obligation). And again teh with controling of the weather about icicles. What is your deal. We got 2 1/2 feet of snow in a week. I'm glad you don't like this place because your probably the "unfriendly" people you refer to.

I agree with the original reviewer. Dogs are considered more important than tenants who don't own dogs. HG is poorly insulated and built and with "rip-off" rents. Management is clueless about solving problems which require any thought or intelligence. Live elsewhere but here!
