Some good, some bad, but its an apartment

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
We lived at Hampshire Green for almost two years. Our first issue came shortly after moving in. We have a child with allergies to namils. When picking out teh apartment, we were told that there had beeen one small dog in our apartment and that was all. Once we moved in and our child had allergy issues, we discovered that a vet was teh previous renter and had had numerous birds, cats, and dogs. The apartment staff recleaned the floor, but we still had to keep blankets down to help manage the allergy issue. We were never offered a different apartment that was without previous anamils. So my big warning is BEWARE. If you or someone living with you has any allergies to animals, probably not the best place for you.
We found some of the staff to be extrememly friendly, while other staff members were stand-offish and we avoided them at all cost.
The pool was a very nice feature, but the maintenecnce staff had diffuculities maintaining it at a proper temp. Some days it was bathtub warma while other days it was so cold you could not get in it. It was always closed on the holidays, which would have been the perfect time for families with working parents to enjoy it.
Overall, it was an overpriced place to lay our heads at night.
