High Priced Headache!!!

Have you ever wanted to step in fieces in the hallway of your apartment building' Do you like high heating cost, drafty living quarters, and constant noise' Want miserable neighbors' How about snotty woman managing where you live' Then this is the place for you!
I moved out of here a few months back after a year of hell, and what a overwhelming relief. Id like to vent a bit about my living experience, I dont even know where to start.... so bear with me....
PET FRIENDLY':
I could not take my kids for a walk without stepping in animal crap. It says pet friendly, but our dog was sick numerous times cause of unsanitary conditions (sais the vet). No one, not even maintenance clean up the pet waste, and it is EVERYWHERE. They also use ice melt that is ILLEGAL in Canada because of the toxins that can cause neurological damage, as well as sever skin agitation.
THE APARTMENT:
The apartment is so drafty its like living in a barn. Very poor insulation, if any at all. You can hear EVERYTHING around you!!! The heating systems spew soot onto your furniture. (I developed asthma while living here, and it cleared up after a week living in my new home.) The carpet must have been here since the place opened, I steam cleaned absolute filth out of it when i moved in. The windows must be the cheapest available, the frame has warped and allows cold/hot air to move in freely. This complex MUST have gone to the lowest bidder. My bathroom always had a "funk" to it, that I could not explain or get rid of.
The security door at the entrance is ALWAYS left open.
PARKING:
Parking! Oh what a headache. SNOWPLOWING' More like plow you in. Feel like falling on ice' Take a walk to your car.
MAINTENANCE:
Maintenance personal are unskilled hacks. One in particular would not even say "hello" to my children when they would say hi to him. Another is very creepy, and the third is well, a very nice older man.
MANAGEMENT:
When I went to do the initial tour, I was so pleased, they were so kind and willing to help with my needs..... than I signed the lease, and all that went out the window (along with my heating dollars)
The woman running this place, are the snottiest people I have ever met. "Two faced" is a understatement. If you want a answer to a question, dont ask unless you want to be looked apon as a annoyance. Want to be treated like a 5 year old' Have a chat with these fine ladies. They triple team you and verbally make you feel inferior. Why there are 3 to do the job of one, is a mystery to me (may explain the astronomic rent).
How anyone has given this place even a average review makes me wonder if they really lived here, or if someone is making up these reviews that works for the company' I spoke to many of my neighbors while living there (those that would talk to you). ALL were very dissatisfied, none of which planned to stay when their lease expired.
The only positive things I can say is that the there are hiking trails near by, its close to Rt.3 and 93, there is a car vaccum, and there is a nice new pizza place across the street!
All in all. For the price you pay for this place, you are far better off down the road at Kensginton Ridge or Heritage on the Merrimack. I have friends that live at both, and are very satisfied. Both made the mistake of living here first as well, and had very similar experiences as I did.
Why there is no website for the place is now clear to me.. it would be littered with comments of annoyed/angry tenants.
Please take my words into consideration. It may save you THOUSANDS of dollars in rent, and hundreds in headache medicine.
Happy renting!

I don't know this person and maybe she or he did have some issues but I can tell you right now- My apartment is not drafty, there is no soot coming from my vents, I never saw animal droppings in the hallways and I've always been treated with courtesy by office personnel. The maintenance people respond quickly and have never proved to me that they were incompetent. I've been here since 2006, they don't raise the rents every year and they continue to improve the atmosphere. As far as the snowplowing and ice removal- yes; there is room for improvement. No- I'm not a staff member-- just a pleased tenant who doesn't hide behind an anonymous rant.

I am currently in the Untied States Marine Corps and recently transferred to New Hampshire from Texas. Hampshire Green Apt is the best location that I have lived in during my 9 years in the Military. From California to Texas to my current residence. I first would like to say the staff are very professional and helpful. Every time I needed something or walked in with a question I was properly greeted with the up most respect and attended to in a timely manner. The price range is very decent and reasonable for the location, your not spending THOUSANDS of dollars your gonna spend a fare amount for a very beautiful apartment. The apartment itself is well kept and the maintenance is immaculate. The maintenance crew is also very professional no one is creepy they are all friendly and very well trained in there positions. As far as snowplowing being from Texas im not to familiar with this weather but I thought they did an excellent job in that department. I have never seen in my 8 months living here animal droppings in the hallways, the noise level is very well respected by the tenants and my bldg is very quiet. My neighbors are very friendly and do not keep to there own. I would defiantly recommend this location to all of my friends and the Marines that I currently am stationed with. I have about 2 years left here and will definitely be staying here until I am transferred to another state. I am NOT A STAFF member just one very pleased tenant.

This person may had some an unpleasant experience but many of the comments in this posting are not accurate at all. I have been living here for one year and most of the comments posted by this person are not true.
