Apartment itself is very nice. Amenities are nice. However, you are paying a premium price for these apartments! With that said, you'd want the staff to be more professional and courteous, which they are not. The maintenance staff is more courteous that the office staff. If you don't like to hear noise over your head, be sure to get an apartment on the top floor!!! You don't hear much between the walls, but you will hear a lot of noise from apartments above you. The office staff will do NOTHING to rectify that problem. They'll "yes you to death" instead. Do not get caught not pickin up after your dog if you have one. They will fine you. They've even increased their monthly pet fee from $30 per pet to $50 per pet because of the bad tenants that refuse to clean up after their pets. Unfortunately, the good tenants are being punished by paying this increase as well. For the high rent you'll be paying here, you may want to consider renting a house instead. People speed through the parking lot, they leave garbage on their balconies (which you're not supposed to do here) and they park illegally in the handicapped spots. I could go on and on, but I think you get the picture. Only consider Heritage on the Merrimack as a last resort!!
