Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
The day we were supposed to move in, the apartment was not cleaned or painted like it?s supposed to be when someone new moves in. We had to move in a few days later.
Maintenance has been great. They always respond in a timely manner to any problem and fix the problem as soon as possible.
The gates are never working, they are always open. How can they call this a gated community'
We lived on the third floor so we hardly ever heard any of our neighbors. Our building was very quiet.
We didn?t have normal 9-5 jobs so there was never any parking inf ront of our buidling when we arrived home.
The apartments are expensive for the service that HOTM offers. We did enjoy living here.
