I currently live at HOTM. We are on our second apartment at Heritage. We moved out, house shopped, and moved back in. We had horiffic issues with our upstairs neighbors at the first apartment on the 1st floor (noise, dog puke on our welcome mat from the upstairs balcony) but now we live on the 3rd floor facing the river and it's beautiful. We have a 2br 2bath with fireplace. We have no issues with the management or maintenance. They even checked our mail and watered my plants when I went on vacation leaving a note saying "hi" and wishing us a nice vacation. Not many pizza/restaurants places deliver to HOTM though. I find the complex to be mostly clean but as a dog owner, I can't stand it when people don't pick up their pet waste. The pet rent went up $20.00 per month because of those lazy -------- that can't bend over with a bag!

Another good thing is that Heritage is a privately owned company and for that reason they choose not to provide Section 8 housing...keeping some of the rif raf out.
