Biggest problem here is the management company and the office staff. Simply put, this complex needs a new management company that really cares about the renters and their needs. Our apartment was a mess when we arrived here on move in day. Sloppy painting job, stained carpeting, a hole in one of the interior doors and cracked tile in the foyer were among the list of items we had to have addressed. Parking can be a problem if you come home later in the evening. Animal population is huge here. Often times there are more than one dog in an apartment and they allow really huge dogs here and sometimes these poor things are in very small apartments all day while their owners are at work. Our building is relatively quite although we have a dog below us that barks quite a bit. Apartments are constructed poorly and cheaply, although they the floor plans are nice and ours is bright and sunny. Overall, I would not recommend this complex to live in. Hopefully, a new management company will take over and some of these problems will be resolved.
