Several others have echoed my feelings about this complex. Over the past two years the property has switched management companies. Unfortunately, the office staff has remained the same, maintaining the poor service and attitude. The property policies often change without notice. New tenants are not screened, and several extremely loud families with as many as 10 people have been allowed on the property. Problems are rarely resolved quickly. The rental price and additional fees are extremely high when compared to the value of the property. I would look elsewhere when looking for a rental in the Bedford area.
