Place looks nice if your OK with the non-refundable pet deposite. Which apparently does not cover..$2000 carpet replacement. Then your screwed. Quality of living has bottomed out with new owners. Maintance people are nice responsive,long term residence are polite but, the property is a nitemare of ticks, skunks and dog poo. Parking is 1st come 1st serve. Top floor is like an oven and the pool is a septic tank. Don't waste your time or money. There are better rentals out there.

From when you sit down and tour the grounds, you are told that this place is pet friendly. Places never give you a refund on a pet deposit. If I am wrong, prove it.

Did you have to pay to have the rug replaced when you left or are you still there and had to pay $2000 for the rug to be replaced?

No offence, but when I see reviews like this I never usually take them seriously. It seems more like a laziness problem when it comes to taking care of your pets cleanliness. If that's the case you fully deserve to pay for the carpets. I have no idea what they are complaining about, the only way that this person could have a skunk, tick and dog doo problem would be if they took their dog on the trails behind the apartments and then never washed their dog occasionally. The trails aren't even that bad.
