This apartment was a pain! On the outside it appears nice; large bath, gated community, washer/dryer. It is not till you live there that you really understand. Dogs are very noisey and people allow them to poop wherever. Gate is consistantly broken. Cops are there constantly for noise violations. I building always smelled like drugs. The part that was the worst was when we moved out they took out $200 for a carpet stain that was there (and reported for) when we moved in!! When we confronted them they told us "It wasn't a lot of money" and basically laughed on their message they left us. I would not reccomend this apartment to anyone. For what you pay it just isnt worth it!

It's been years since this person posted, but I've been in HOTM for 2 years now and have NEVER had the problems this person has. I actually have never seen cop cars in the complex. Honestly, do some of the naysayers leaving messages here exaggerate with their complaints. I made a complaint to management after I couldn't take it anymore regarding a downstair neighbor blasting movies all day and night (it sounded like a movie theater). They handled it professionally. I have had to have my kitchen floor fixed and the maintenance men were fast, friendly, professional. We live in a no dog building but people will walk the dogs by with little noise and they seem to clean up after the animals, there is never any stray poo on the ground.
