management is terrible. If you have a dog it is good but dont come to this place with the expectation management will be of any help.

Maintenance is quick and helpful. This place can be noisey as can any apartment. It is wonderful that you can have your dog here and I imagine that is why so many ppl. are here.
However, the office staff is both unfriendly and of no help. They do not return calls, they laugh at you if you have concerns or are dealing with loud neighbors. Essentially, if you have a problem or concern, you will get no assistance or resolution from "management" here. It is very frustrating.

I have never had any problems with rude management or them laughing at me when I made a compaint once. Management was quick to help, friendly and professional. Then again, I was polite and friendly when I made my complaint.
