I've lived here about two years now and I've found the location and amenities to be as good, if not better,than most other places.The office staff is good,repairs are done quickly and efficiently and the grounds are well maintained.On the negetive side, there is only one dumpster so trash is always piled up outside the bin. There is very little insulation in the apartments so you'll need to keep plastic over the windows and doors during the winter (even this doesn't help much). You'll also have to get used to annual rent increases of about $50 per month. I like the place but it's getting to be too expensive for a divorced dad like me.
