My husband and I lived here for over a year before we bought a home. The grounds were beautiful and always well kept. The heritage trail, tennis courts, and gym were great for working out. The club house was convienant. We hosted a few movie/patriots/red sox parties in the movie room and I took advantage of the fax machine a few times. The staff was extremely friendly. We had a few minor maintenance issues while we lived there, and the maintence staff was always prompt and friendly. The community was wonderful, we had some great neighbors. My only complaint was the pool, though it was well kept, it was often over-run with kids. If you have kids, its probably a great environment, but not a lounging environment for adults that I was hoping for. In short, I highly recommend Heritage, it was probably my favorite apartment of many.
