Nice Place for an Apartment

Kensington Apartments is the nicest apartment complex we have ever lived in. Our apartment is almost 1500 square feet and has a very nice layout - of course, we pay a premium price for it $1550 a month.
The grounds are well landscaped and snow removal is done in a timely manner - including shoveling the walkways. Any maintenance request has been dealt with in a timely manner.
Some of the drawbacks are the proximity to the airport runway. We frequently hear planes taking off throughout the day. The apartment does not hide this from renters and it is explained on their web site by the Management staff.
Parking can occassionally be an issue. They say to park one vehicle out front and one in the carport. Many people do not use their carport and parking can be a problem on occassion. Our neighbors have 3 cars and they hardly ever move them.
The buildings are well insulated. One of our upstairs neighbors likes to play loud music and we can hear it in our bedroom but otherwise the building is pretty quiet.
Plenty of storage space. Double vanity sinks and walk in closets. Nice pantry in the kitchen.
It is a nice place to call home.
