New manager - not as good

The previous manager was fantastic, but the new one has done things like random checks of apartments with only one day notice. Sorry, I'm not in the military anymore! Will not be staying past lease end if that keeps up. Don't need nosy people in my place during the week when I and my family are not there. In fact, I think the state law prohibits that except for emergency repairs. Note for inspections said "Your cooperation is expected". Nice! Not.

I have lived at Kensington now for 3 years and couldnt agree more. The constant "necessary inspections" with BARELY 24 hours notice is very inconvenient and a real hassle. In my previous 3 years I remember the annual inspection, but since the new management, we have already had several in the the matter of a few months. I am hoping this doesnt continue. They have no business in your apt all the time! the other management team never had to be so why do they?? Not sure about state law, but the lease says they can enter for "emergency repairs".
