Nice, but unfortunetly major maintanence problems - Kensington Apartments are very nice in terms of safety, the area is beautiful and the apartment complex is well kept. The pool and surrounding area is very nice. The one major watch out I need to mention is that some apartments have major maintenance problems. Hampshire Green Sucks Hampshire Green in Bedford NH Sucks. The manager is very unfriendly, not willing to work with you and tries to drive you out eventhough you pay your rent on time monthly. I wouldnt reccomend this place to my worst enemy

New manager - not as good The previous manager was fantastic, but the new one has done things like random checks of apartments with only one day notice. Sorry, I'm not in the military anymore! Will not be staying past lease end if that keeps up. Don't need nosy people in my place
