They can be a little pushy, even when your trying to be nice about stuff. Things are slow to be fixed, but it is very clean when you first move in. They do a great job fixing the place up. However when you live here for a while the walls can kind of fall apart (I see tiny holes and I KNOW I didn't put holes there), The tile parts of the floor are easily scratched and they complain about it when they do their inspections. They are also hard to clean, I have to wash the floors by hand before they look nice enough. The bedrooms are great, very roomy. The clsets are big too but the doors often fall off and they can be a pain to open and shut. Everything is cheaply made here because they have to fix it so often. Also they promise snow removal but they don't get it done until later in the day. Sometime things are locked early (laundry room and trash bins) it's annoying. If you plan on living here in the summer expect it to be loud at night. Not always but sometimes, the people around here can be very loud because they are usually young families that still have their friends over and they fight a lot too! If you have children keep in mind that you can often smell pot outside of your home. People around here smoke it all the time and the police won't do anything about it, believe me I've called. They try to keep the druggies out by doing a background check here but most people that live here, they don't even know live here. Parking is okay in the summer but in the winter it can be really bad. Outside is usually clean though and the maintinance is nice enough.
