We rented our commercial location that was bought by home sweet apts a year later. From that point forth there was nothing but problems. days without heat, and the lack of maintenance on the building started only bigger problems. We would watch as the owners would buy other delapitated properties and never put a penny into the old ones. Our buildings roof began to deteriorate and never got any attention. there were leaks throughout the building making there way all the way to the first floor. Might I add there were two businesses on the first floor. Try operating a business with water dripping and sometimes pouring in to your store front. The owner "Joe DiMauro" would rectify the problem with 5 gallon pails on the second floor. Last winter (1997-1998) we went 92 days with no heat. We had to cover heat when we could with our own money...for the whole building. The final straw was 11/26/2008 two days before Thanksgiving when the water was pouring in so bad it was actually coming in throught the electrical fixtures. The fire department closed the building. Two business One 15 years and one 22 years were put out. This is only the tip of the iceburg, i could write all day. NEVER RENT FROM HSA
