	They are slum lords who don't take care of their apartments or the tenents. Do not rent from them no matter what. Don't trust what they say. Kiss your security deposit good-bye!

	In the time I lived in one of there apartments I did not have heat, which was "supposed to be included", for about two months out of a total of about five months! I would highly recommend to NOT rent ... more

	if anything breaks it's either NOT repaired, or repaired very terribly,parking is terrible and rarely plowed in winter, people that do not live here park here.
