I am a current resident here, the only reason I am still here is because I need a roof over my head. Ever since I have started to live here there has been nothing but problems. The staff, well, arent all that responsive to the needs to the residents, at least not on my residency.There are people that should not be still be living here but they are.NOT a place I would like my children to grow up in if I had any.The maintanance, they don't fix the problems very promptly, like the least states they are supposed to. The other residents I have found to actually be no problem. The parking here is rediculous because everytime you go to park in the lot you are assigned for your building, you can't, because there are unauthorized vechicles parked there. Management is supposed to do something about it and they don't. I know this won't be posted because The Claremont Manor Apartments doesn't want people to know the truth aboutwhat actually goes on here.But I felt I had to give my opinion and feel that people should know the truth. Thank you.

NO, Lorainne Reynolds is not manager. Claremont Manor is under new management.

the place is a dump and I will NEVER live there! I would go to a SHELTER before I end up at the dump most residents are JUNKIES & THIEVES typical of ghetto projects!
