It IS a DUMP! Management is of no help. It is disgusting... worst place ever lived. The maintenence people are not trustworthy. Management shows great favortism towards certain residence and OVERLOOKS their disturbances and QUESTIONABLE activities. The parking is terrible. The snow season is a pain. If you dont move your vehicle for them when they want(morning or anytime)-however they dont come around to tell you they just expect you to watch for the plows all day or they will tow at your expense. You cant have overnight visitors without registering them and they cannot use the parking lot they have to leave their cars at the store up the street and walk. MY clothes have been thrown through out their half working laundry facility. My cars have numerous dings, dents and scratches. It is extremely noisy. The children have no respect for people or property. The police are there at LEAST 4 to 5 times a week. Financially i had to stay, but thank God i am out of there. Fran the manager is a joke. She only helps what will benefit her. She is rude, lazy and unfeeling to people who are not her 'favorites'. If you are lucky to be a 'pet' you will get special priveleges and the rules will bend. GOOD LUCK if you do go you will need it.
