I think the Claremont Manor has high and low points as do other apartments. Overall the staff they have now is great, Kassie the manager is very nice and will work hard to improve in anyway she can. I like her. The apartments are overall clean and well kept up, working appliances and fixtures. The grounds are kept up nice and looks good. The only problems I have here are some of the neighbors, some of the children are mouthy and have no respect for anyone else--however Kassie is improving on them too, she is doing a good job--we are seeing less problems with some of the little kids. The laundry rooms are sometime broken, but with the volume of laundry it has to do,is understandable and it is reasonably priced- 1.oo a load. Other than those two things I dont have a problem here. They have a newsletter and Kassie is starting to do community projects, like crafts, picnics and yard sales. So if you like community living and children then this place may be for you. It is clean, well maintaned, never had a problem with insects (other than an ant or two), and there is alot of space in the rooms-which i like.
