This property is Federal Housing, Section 8, Family housing, for those that don't have alot of money, but need a place to live. Management have been very helpful when I needed the help. There when I needed some one to talk too. Maintenance are trustworthy. They go into your home when there is an emergency or when you have a request in.
No, not every day there is great, but it is family housing. Children will be children and adults some times become children. But so would your neighbor if you owned your own home. So what is better paying $236 per month for a roof over my children and my head or paying for a house that I cannot afford. Least my children have a home, clothes, food and plenty of toys and they are happy. Stop being so PROUD, and step down one level. Happiness is what it is all about and what you make of it.
