My husband and I loved Alton Woods so much that we moved there twice! For such a large community, we could not get over how quiet the property was.

Snow removal, landscaping and any maintenance was taken care of with never a worry on our end.

If we didn't know own our home, it would always be our first choice.

What trailer park did you move to? Alton Woods is a dump! I guess you must be used to that. Yes, they remove the snow. Yes, they mow the grass. But you are paying for that service in the exorbitant rents that they charge. What do you mean you â??do not have to worry about it on your endâ??? That is the very reason WHY people move to an apartment, so they do not have to worry about maintenance. Daaaah! What about the apartment itself? The thin walls and floors, the dirty carpets, the antique appliances, the dirty & smelly common areas, etc. What that all OK for you? You need to check out some REAL apartments, or check into a mental hospital!
