Compare AW to other complexes and it comes out ahead. It's in a nice, well kept area, I never had a problem with the manager or the staff--always prompt and responsive. They even offered to hoist my larger furniture to the third floor with a "cherry picker." Noise is what you'd expect in an apartment complex although I was pretty lucky. The other reviewers are right about the rent though, it keeps rising every year. I was there for 2 years, enjoyed them both but moved on due to unacceptable rent icrease the 3rd year.
