I've lived here for 15 1/2 years and I love it! The complex is extremely well maintained. The lawns, flowers, bushes always look nice, which is important. The office staff and maintenence staff are always very helpful -- exceptional really. In my experience, repairs are ALWAYS made VERY promptly as soon as an issues is brought to the attention of the staff. Snow plowing and snow removal is exceptional. During a storm the crew works many long hours -- and always remains corteous and helpful.
I've read several reviews about poor insulation. Not in my experience! This is an apartment - not your own home. Yes, you can sometimes hear the people above you. But there is actually very little noise from other apartments.
Rents do go up rather sharply each year, and that is a drawback.
Laundry facilities are right in each building -- no having to load up the car and go off premises somewhere. Mailboxes are in each building -- no need to go out at all in bad weather to get your mail.
Is the place perfect' Probably not. Is any place perfect' Probably not.
This is a large complex and I think it is very well maintained by a core of dedicated staff members who go out of their way to make this an excellent place to live.
I always recommend that others look into living here.

This person must have a hearing problem. I can hear my neighbor downstairs coughing, sighing, talking on the phone, etc. The noise is so bad I can hear when his tv comes on and can also identify what channel he is watching!! You can also hear when same floor neighors are putting dishes away with the cabinets opening and closing. I have been woken up MANY times in the night by a neighbor fighting with a family member and also by a neighbor yelling on the phone!
