Melanie and Roberta keep all the residents well informed of things going on in Concord as well as in our community. The maintenance team keeps the grounds in well groomed apperance and the snow removal is speedy and maintaned. This has been the best renting community I have lived in. Our building is like one big extended family with everyone reaching out to each other and being supportive. There is no loud partying or tire squeeling...it is definitely a "Family" place to live.
