I have been pleased with Alton Woods. What makes it special are the people who manage and maintain the property. They are friendly, helpful, responsive and highly capable at what they do. Maintenance needs are tended to within 24 hours. The property looks great and is plowed quickly in the winter. The managers are easy to reach by phone or see in person. "People make the difference" is an accurate statement for Alton Woods.

Yes it does make a difference, the people I mean. We have found that communicating with the front office about "the little annoying things" right away (happens in all communities) usually nips the problems in the bud right away. There are dog owners here who even walk up to someone new and offer a bag to pickup after their own dog. A smart reminder to the new person that we respect this property and hope they will too. We will be signing our 5th lease this Fall, and we look forward to many more years here at Alton Woods!
