I have lived at Alton Woods for approximately 10 years now in three separate buildings and on different floors. Each time I came back to Alton Woods I did have new carpets and freshly painted walls and no issues with finding parking around my building. My friends comment that they can find parking better than at their complexes in Manchester.

The first building I had lived in did have children, yet I did not hear them that often. The other two buildings I was fortunate to live on the third floor with southern exposure which helped keep the heating bill down. Now living on the second floor facing north -west, I get afternoon sun and my heating bills remain minimal as well as the noise from my neighbors. When there has been an issue with noise, speaking to my neighbors resolved the issue.
Alton Woods is convenient to the mall, grocery shopping, movies, restaurants and the city bus line (which has a stop at the entrance to the complex). Laundry room, weight room, sauna, club house and pool have been adequate for my needs and are maintained.

Melanie and Roberta have been courteous and pleasant to work with. On an occasion, I have had to leave a message after hours and they returned my call the next day. The maintenance crew has been prompt and replaced a refrigerator that was not working correctly. Grounds are maintained and plowing is done in adequate time and walkways are sanded.

Apartment living is not for everyone and not everyone can have things their way. Alton Woods does a good job and is, in my opinion, the best complex for the apartment size, amenities, and customer service when compared to other complexes in Concord which is why I have and continue to recommend it to others.
