The Alton Woods Apartment complex in Concord, NH is one of the best apartment complex in central NH, bar none. My wife, son and I have lived in this complex for 10 years and a total of 13 years with the Hodges Companies.

The management is outstanding, starting with the Property Manager, Melanie. She does an outstanding job with all the folks that live at this place. Her staff provides and responds to all your requests in a prompt and efficient fashion. The one thing I like about this place is that it is in the heart of Concord City and you do not even feel it.

Another outstanding thing about this place is the maintenance of the apartment and the grounds. Prompt responses to maintenance issues. They go out of their way in satisfying everyone in the community.

I highly recommend that anyone looking for a place in Concord, NH look no farther than Alton Woods. You will be more than estatic about this place.
