Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
They stay on top of problems and maint. Can't hear neighbors to left/right.serious noise from above.no insulation between floors. Excelent apartment layout,low end appliances work well (best stove I've ever used),big bathrooms,elevators,washer/dryers in apt.Stove hood exhaust in to apartment. Hih quality windows/sliding doors, lots of service parking area near entrance ( mail,UPS, moving vans etc.)
