We are CenterStone Property Management and we are writing in response to "Different Experience in CenterStone". An unhappy resident posted an anonymous and untruthful review of our property. Since CenterStone opened in December of 2004, this is the first complaint received. We strive to please our residents and if you review the other postings, you will find that the vast majority are very satisfied. However, there is always that one person in every crowd that is never happy and will be untruthful to get even for some wrong they perceive having been done to them. CenterStone Residence has a move out rate far below the average for the Concord rental market and a waiting list of 65-85 persons at all times. The reasons residents move are usually a result of them purchasing homes, job relocations, or moving to a full-care facility. Not one of our residents has ever complained about the quality of the construction, or of the management, at CenterStone. Here at CenterStone, we strive for a positive relationship with all of our residents. As one would expect, there are occasions where improper behavior on the part of a single resident causes the need for activity to ensure that the standards and peace of mind we provide for all are maintained. Once in a great while, extreme comments posted for malicious reasons and posted anonymously can be the result. This individual seems to be a particularly unhappy person in general. This is perhaps most apparent when they indicate their anger at a Property Manager for "chatting with senior citizens about stupid stuff and building puzzles". Comments such as these are neither objective nor rational, and are clearly not posted to benefit those viewing this website. CenterStone Residence is one of the most desirable rental communities in the state of New Hampshire. We invite you to visit the property and see for yourself.
