I am starting my fifth year here and feel that it is a superior complex. My rent includes my carport and washer/dryer in my apartment. One bath has a shower stall and the other a tub. Plenty of hot water (included)and an elevator for bringing in the groceries or moving. Complete anonimity-even with neighbors. Snow is always removed promptly and lawns are always manicured. Gates insure privacy and no through traffic.
Chief draw-back is proximity of I-393, immediately to the North but with windows closed, the sound insulation minimizes the traffic.
