At first glance, Cranmore Ridge seemed nice (the apartment complex). However, after moving in, I found the construction to be very shoddy. The bathroom fixtures are not hung straight, (like the mirror and towel bars, not to mention, two different kinds of towel bars), lots of rusted areas in the bathroom, and worn out shower fixtures. Also, the small galley style kitchen is just too small for any good size family, not mention my very old stove (that will not be replaced). The beige carpet is dingy and could stand to be replaced. (The carpet in the hallway is also very soiled.) All in all, not a good value for what they're asking. The entire apartment needs to be updated or "refreshed". Also, I don't like having to go to a central building to collect my mail. (There is plenty of space in the lobby area for mailboxes.) There are some good things however, like good sound insulation between apartments. I don't hear my neighbors. Also, management is very professional and friendly. I also like the idea of the laundry debit card, not to mention a laundry room on every floor! So, all-in-all, take a look for yourself. (But look during the day!)
